Victaulic Names New President

Victaulic Co. announced that John F. Malloy is the company's new president and chief operating officer. Malloy, who was previously president of North American HVAC for Carrier Corp., was also elected to the board of directors.

Joseph F. Trachtenberg gives up his position as president but will continue to serve as chairman and chief executive officer.
