TradePower Forms New Business Units

TradePower, a provider of software solutions for contractors and distributors, recently announced it is establishing three new business units: Contractor Solutions, helmed by Alan Mech, former president of recently acquired Estimation Inc.; Distributor Solutions, headed by Betty Helpa, former chief operating officer of Trade Service Systems; and e-Business Solutions, managed by Rich Chadwick, vide president of strategic alliances, and Steve Bowman, vice president of business development.
