ASA Offers Addendum

The American Subcontractors Association published the Addendum to Standard Form of Agreement Between Design-Builder and Subcontractor AGC 450/455. It can be attached to either the AGC Form 450 or Form 455 to neutralize one-sided provisions in the documents. Download the addendum from ASA's Web site at www.asaonline.com/asaAddendum.htm.
