MCAA's First Educator Of The Year Award

The Career Development Committee of the MCAA has announced that the recipient of its first Educator of the Year Award is professor Timothy Wentz of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
The committee chose Wentz for this first-ever award in recognition of his commitment to MCAA's educational programs, his success in creating a student chapter at the University, and his willingness to assist the committee on a variety of educational and career development projects.
Wentz teaches in the University's Department of Construction Management. He is also faculty advisor to the Student Chapter of Mechanical/Electrical Specialty Contracting. The honor carries with it $5,000 in monetary recognition-$2,500 for the student chapter and $2,500 for professor Wentz.
