Home Depot Purchases Specialty Hardware Distributor

Leonard Green & Partners L.P., on behalf of Green Equity Investors III, agreed to sell White Cap Construction Supply to The Home Depot. White Cap is a distributor of specialty hardware, tools and materials for large- and medium-sized construction contractors. Terms were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close early June, subject to customary conditions.
