IAPMO Begins Evaluation Service

The IAPMO Group, which includes the International Association of Plumbing & Mechanical Officials, created the IAPMO Evaluation Service. It will evaluate building products, designs and materials to the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association's building construction and safety code. The service, which began operations on Jan. 1, is applying to receive ANSI accreditation.
