Armstrong Purchases UK Firm

S.A. Armstrong Ltd. established a new company called Armstrong Integrated Systems Ltd., which bought the majority of assets of Plant Energy Systems. Armstrong Integrated is based in Birmingham, England, and is a specialist in off-site construction and pre-assembly of building services equipment, such as fully packaged HVAC and fire plant rooms to frame-mounted boiler systems.
