Eaton Completes Industrial Filtration Purchase

Eaton Corp. completed its purchase of the industrial filtration business of Hayward Industries. Terms were not disclosed. Hayward's industrial filtration business had sales of about $100 million over the last 12 months, and employs 530 people worldwide. Eaton is a diversified industrial manufacturer with 2004 sales of $9.8 billion.
