Pump Manufacturer Announces Merger

The Gorman-Rupp Co. announced the merger of its subsidiary, Patterson Pump Co. of Toccoa, Ga., with Atlanta-based Flo-Pak. Packaged pump stations, produced by Flo-Pak for the HVAC, fire, municipal and industrial markets, will continue under the Flo-Pak name.
