AMPAM Reports 2001 Revenue Increase

American Plumbing and Mechanical, Round Rock, Texas, reported a 9 percent increase in revenues for fiscal year 2001 for a total of $606.2 million, compared to $557.9 million in 2000. Gross profit increased 2 percent to $100.4 million; gross margin dropped from 17.6 percent in 2000 to 16.6 percent in 2001.

In other news, Robert C. Richey resigned as the company's senior vice president and chief operating officer. Assuming the new position of vice president/single-family plumbing is Rory Bertaina.
