E-Service Business To Capture $3.4 Billion

E-service businesses that provide referrals to homeowners for plumbers and contractors will capture $3.4 billion in revenues by 2005, says the Kelsey Group, a leading e-commerce researcher. Most of it will come from per lead fees and commissions on transactions.
