Masco Corp. Acquires 5 Companies

Masco Corp. announced the acquisition of five home improvement and building products companies at approximately $3.8 billion. The companies are Arrow Fastener Co. of Saddle Brook, N.J., Behr Process Corp. of Santa Ana, Calif., Inrecon L.L.C. of Birmingham, Mich., Mill's Pride L.L.P. of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Superia Radiatoren of Sedelgem, Belgium.
