NJ-PHCC Testifies

NJ-PHCC Executive Director Frank Bill testified before two New Jersey legislative committees. The NJ-PHCC supports two separate bills in the legislature, S-1487 and S-554. The first bill would grant additional time for the filing of residential construction liens. S-554 prohibits ads from offering "best-price" guarantees in the body of the ad but carry exemptions in tiny print at the bottom of the page.
