Estimation Inc. proclaimed Chip Greene, president of Greene & Associates in Macon, Ga., the winner of its computer giveaway. Greene received a new Dell 800MHz Pentium III computer, a 17" monitor and Estimation's Bidmaser NET Plumbing Series software, as well as MS WindowsTM Millennium Operating System.
