New Technical/Apprenticeship Director At PHCC

John M. Schulte, a former executive director of Association Water Technologies in McLean, Va., has been hired by PHCC to oversee its association's apprenticeship and training programs. As technical/apprentice director, Schulte will work to advance PHCC's technical initiatives.
