Pepco Energy Buys Mechanical Contractor

Pepco Energy Services Inc. has expanded its energy and energy-related service capabilities by acquiring HVAC service provider Seaboard Mechanical Services Inc. With approximately 45 employees, Seaboard joins five other companies under the umbrella of Pepco Building Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pepco Energy Services. The combined annual revenues of these companies are more than $35 million. Pepco Energy Services' revenues last year were $235 million.
