Wenninger Named Director Of Female Health Co.

The Female Health Co.'s Board of Directors voted unanimously to appoint Richard E. Wenninger as a director of the company. Mr. Wenninger currently is chairman of Wenninger Co. Inc. of Milwaukee, a mechanical contracting company. In addition, Mr. Wenninger is a founder and secretary of Wennsoft Inc., and a founder and president of Wennreal LLC.
