Aquor Water Systems’ House Hydrant system is a flush-mounted wall hydrant with a quick coupler that allows instant hose connections under full pressure. Since it’s stainless steel, it’s about seven times better for freeze protection than brass and the pressure-closed internal valve means no leaks or drips for more than 20 years, Aquor says. The hydrant was originally designed as a deck-wash outlet for marine vessels, but Aquor re-engineered it for residential plumbing in 2014.
