A new International Code Council publication available from BOCA, Code Requirements for Housing Accessibility, provides an opportunity for safe harbor in compliance with accessibility requirements in the federal Fair Housing Act.
The publication can be used by states, jurisdictions, builders and architects to design and construct new, multi-family housing that meets accessible facilities as covered under the Fair Housing Act.
