At more than 18,000 sq. ft. of total heated surface, the Qadi Villa is one of Jordan's largest residences using underfloor radiant heat. The radiant system for the 22,753-sq. ft., three-story home consists of almost 90 loops of 1/2-inch PEX, all powered by one 425,600 Btu/hr. boiler. (Another 93,000 Btu/hr. boiler takes care of the domestic hot water.)
The 4,725-sq. ft. swimming pool is heated with 24 loops of underfloor radiant. A separate boiler room powers the pool and its surroundings.
