Group Maintenance America Corp. purchased Building One Services Corp. for stock valued at $315.3 million. The combined
company will become the largest U.S. facilities services company with revenue of more than $3.2 billion, according to the Nov.

Private investment firm Apollo Management IV L.P. will also enter the merger with an exchange of its Building One
convertible debt and $150 million of cash for $255 million of GroupMAC stock.
