Time: 2:00 P.M. ET
Duration: 60 minutes, including LIVE Q&A
With more focus on energy efficiency these days, building owners will rely on engineers to assist in the determination of efficient pumping solutions. For variable flow systems this poses some challenges when single and parallel connected variable speed pumps are evaluated.
This webinar will help to answer questions like: "How many pumps should our system use?" and "How should we sequence (stage) on additional pumps?"
What you will learn from this webinar:
- Understand what a control curve is.
- How to select pumps so that they will operate where they're most efficient.
- How to determine the allowable operating region for a speed controlled pump.
- The misconceptions about high static head pump applications.
- Pump sequencing methods.
