recently acquired all the shares of Conbraco Industries,
manufacturer of Apollo valves.

recently acquired all the shares of Conbraco Industries,
manufacturer of Apollo valves. The acquisition will be effective mid-July,
after finalizing all formalities and approvals. Glenn Mosack,
president of Conbraco, and his management team will remain with the company.
