IAPMO R&T Oceana named Glenn
Tate as its new manager of product certification services. He
will manage the day-to-day operation, including the review of test reports,
standards and compliance criteria. Additionally, Tate will develop new business
interests in order to offer one-stop service to clients in the Australasian region.
Previously, Tate served as client manager of product certification for quality
assurance services/SAI Global, where he oversaw all assurance services provided
to clients.
Clockwork Home Services appointed Robert J.
Clanin as chief financial officer. The company also announced
that Kerry DeLay McCane, who has served as chief
financial officer since May 2006, will become the chief administrative officer,
a newly created position within the company. Clanin, who is a member of
Clockwork’s board of directors, is coming out of retirement to join Clockwork
(he retired in 2001 from United Parcel Service). McCane joined Clockwork in
April 2006 as vice president of mergers and acquisitions.
Also, Terry
Nicholson, president of Success Group International and senior
vice president of Clockwork Home Services, has been promoted to group president
of client services. In this newly created position, Clockwork’s subsidiaries
Success Group International and Buy Max will report to Nicholson, and he will
also continue to serve as in his other capacities.
Finally, Rebecca
Cassel, formerly director of retail and franchise development,
has been promoted to group president of consumer services. In this newly
created position, all retail operations and franchise operations will report to
her.
