The MCAA board of
directors approved a local association charter for the MCA of Southern Nevada,
which includes 16 new contractor members located in and around Las Vegas.
In addition, the Board
approved expansion of the MCA of the Carolinas’ jurisdiction into southern
Virginia, an area not previously covered by another affiliated association.
With the addition of the new territory, the association also requested a change
in its name to the Mid-Atlantic MCA.
