NAOHSM Sponsors Service Manager Training

The National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers is again sponsoring a two-day seminar focusing on the many responsibilities of a service manager. Topics to be covered include gross profit planning, service agreements, business plans, customer relations, job descriptions and tasks of the service manager.

The course is taught by industry veteran Jim Peters and will be offered in two locations this July. Students receive a workbook and lunch is provided each day.
