Blue Dot Adds Locations

Blue Dot Services Inc. announced three acquisitions with aggregate annualized revenues of $22 million. The addition of Air Assurance Co. Inc. of Tulsa, Okla., Environmental Services of Charlotte, N.C., and Comfort Air Systems of Boston, Mass., brings the company to 74 locations in 26 states, with more than $450 million in sales.

Blue Dot's strategic plan calls for the continued addition of established businesses providing residential and light commercial cooling, heating and plumbing repair, maintenance, replacement and energy management services, as well as new installation services. The company, founded in 1997, serves 650,000 customers and employs 4,000 people nationwide.
