QSC Addresses Workplace Anger At Annual Meeting

Quality Service Contractors learned ways to deal with workplace anger during one of the seminars at its February Power Meeting. Tips were provided on how to handle an angry person and how to cool down.

Customer service was also discussed, and Vince Lombardi, son of the late football coach Vincent T. Lombardi, spoke about the importance of building and motivating a team. Maurice Maio, PM columnist, spoke about "Taking Advantage of a Slowing Economy."
