HEC Inc. purchased the name and assets of Denron Plumbing Inc.

HEC Inc., an affiliate of New England utility Select Energy, purchased the name and assets of Manchester, N.H.-based Denron Plumbing Inc. to offer new capabilities to its customers, according to the company.
