ECR Completes Acquisition Of Argo Industries

ECR International Inc., Utica, N.Y., has expanded its product offering with the acquisition of Argo Industries, manufacturer of fin-tube radiation for residential and light commercial use, electric boilers, and control systems for hydronic applications. The newly acquired company will be known as Argo Technology Inc.

With the addition of Argo Technologies, ECR will be operating six manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada while marketing 11 brands of HVAC equipment worldwide, including Airco Furnace, Dunkirk Boilers, Enviromaster International (EMI), Olsen Technologies, Oneida Royal Furnace, Pennco Boilers, RetroAire, Ultimate and Utica Boilers.
