ThermaSol, an industry leader in steam shower products and technology for more than 55 years, has made a profound statement to its authorized resellers and customers with a very strong zero Internet sales policy.
Effective June 30, 2014, ThermaSol will no longer have its products sold on the Internet.No authorized reseller is sanctioned to sell ThermaSol products on the Internet or display prices for ThermaSol products on the Internet or through other means of electronic commerce, either directly or through third parties (except where prohibited by law).
“The ThermaSol brand strategy has always provided a unique experience for the end user. We remain focused on this strategy and we hope our resellers recognize this when it comes to positioning the ThermaSol brand and sale of our products,” said Jari Ristola, president of ThermaSol.
This strict policy is another example of ThermaSol’s continued belief in the effectiveness of brick-and-mortar showrooms and distributors. ThermaSol is deeply committed to work very closely with their authorized network to ensure that all ThermaSol customers receive best-in-class products and service.
The decision to enforce a zero Internet policy helps its true dealers and distributors by supporting efforts to have customers come into the showrooms to work with knowledgeable salespeople who are able to determine the best ThermaSol products for each customer’s needs. This level of service only happens in showrooms.
