ROTHENBERGER USA recently launched its Customer Care Team consisting of account specialists, who will specifically handle all customer interactions. These include order entry, status updates and technical questions, as well as provide support for the company’s sales staff.
The team consists of Tiffany King, Kara Mashburn and Karina Moreno and is led by Customer Care Supervisor April Jeras. “This new organizational structure allows ROTHENBERGER USA to further improve and enhance our customer experience,” said Jeras. The new structure emphasizes first-call problem resolution and increased technical aptitude.
