The ServiceMaster Co.’s American Residential Services (ARS) and American Mechanical Services segment reported first quarter 2004 revenues of $153.98 million, a 2 percent increase from the prior year’s figures of $151.43 million. The segment had an increase in construction and project revenue, partially offset by a modest decrease in revenues due to operations shut down in the second half of 2003, and declines in HVAC and plumbing volume.
