After a fire struckDornbracht’s Iserlohn, Germany-based corporate headquarters and production facilities last month, the bath and kitchen fittings manufacturer is refocusing on its core product line.

Over the next several months the company will focus on production of a core assortment, consisting of key units from the most popular designs: MEM, Tara, Tara Logic, Meta.02, Symetrics, Lulu, and Madison series in polished chrome finish, explainedMatthias Dornbracht, head of operations and production. By year’s end, production will resume on other finish offerings for this core group, while the complete product range is estimated to be available for the first quarter of 2010.

In the meantime, several of Dornbracht’s employees have been temporarily relocated to other chrome plating facilities to continue work on surface finishing and assembly productions for the company. While orders from existing stock are being immediately serviced, with availability within about four weeks, delays are said to be expected.
