As part of its online series of green building instruction, the Mechanical Contractors Association of America and the Mechanical Service Contractors of America have announced a new Webinar titled “Green Means Business,” featuringRuss Borst, scheduled for Aug. 20 at 1 pm ET.

The Webinar is designed to provide mechanical service contractors with an array of practical ideas they can readily incorporate into their business offerings to provide customers with energy-efficient, cost-effective indoor environmental solutions for their buildings’ systems.

The program will cover such sustainable services as:
  • Green preventative maintenance contracts
  • Retrocommissioning
  • Energy audits

  • LEED expertise
  • Metering, and more.
Borst is the current chairman of the MSCA board of managers and is vice president of service at Hurst Mechanical and president of Quad City Mechanical.
