Clockwork Home Services announced that, as of Jan. 25, it officially exceeded the 400th franchisee benchmark within its portfolio of nationally branded home services companies.

Clockwork Home Services announced that, as of Jan. 25, it officially exceeded the 400th franchisee benchmark within its portfolio of nationally branded home services companies. Currently, Clockwork holds 168 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchises, 54 Mister Sparky Electrical franchises and 184 One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating franchises across the United States - for a total of 406 franchises.

The 400th franchisee was Brian McDermott, who purchased a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchise in December 2007. The plumbing company’s operations are located just outside of Cleveland, in North Royalton, Ohio. This is McDermott’s second Benjamin Franklin Plumbing company - his first Ben Franklin Plumbing was purchased just over a year earlier in October 2006. This second purchase extends his territory to cover all of Cleveland and the surrounding metropolitan area.
