For the second consecutive year, Hubbard Enterprises/HOLDRITE has been named one of the Best Places to Work in San Diego County. This award was presented to Hubbard Enterprises/HOLDRITE by the Society of Human Resources Management and the San Diego Union Tribune for the 2007 year.

The company was honored for its “Focus on Safety” program, initiated at the beginning of 2007 by its Associate Safety Committee. Partnering with occupational physicians, insurance and safety specialists, Hubbard Enterprises/HOLDRITE was able to reduce its workplace injuries by a significant amount.

More than 150 companies were nominated in three categories based on company size. A panel of independent judges evaluated each company and conducted extensive interviews to determine the winners.
