The United Association Local Union 597 recently had a grand opening at its Pipe Fitters Training Center (Mokena, Ill.) for its full-scale training hospital for medical gas installation, service, certification, maintenance and design. The training center offers med-gas training that replicates the experience of working in an actual hospital.
