MoreAn open house was held late August to kick off production at the new Tigre manufacturing facility, located in Janesville, Wis., in close proximity to Freedom Plastics. In January, Freedom and Tigre entered into a partnership to produce and distribute small diameter molded PVC fittings in North America.
Tigre, a multinational company headquartered in Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil, is a manufacturer of plastic pipe and fittings serving the water, electrical, telecommunication, and gas and housing industries. This is Tigre’s first manufacturing plant to be located in North America.
