Frederick Newman Estopinal Jr., 80, founder of Mechanical Construction Co. of New Orleans, died July 18 in New Orleans. Estopinal was president of MCAA in 1970 and received the Distinguished Service Award in 1974. He served in World War II in the U.S. Navy.
