American Residential Services’ Rescue Rooter recently purchased Portland, Ore.-based Jack Howk Plumbing, a 65-year-old firm providing commercial, residential and remodeling services. It is unknown at this time whether management is staying with the plumbing firm, or if the company will keep its name.
