Noritz America held a grand opening Aug. 23 for its new satellite office and showroom in Elk Grove Village, Ill. (a Chicago suburb). The new 1,806-square-foot showroom is designed to show consumers the quality of Noritz tankless water heaters, the difference between tank and tankless units, the versatility in installation techniques, and the “green” quality of tankless water heaters. Plumbing contractors can meet their customers at the showroom to discuss different options for their individual needs.

In addition to the showroom, there is a training room for contractors and wholesale distributors to receive technical and installation training, as well as sales training. A service center in the back will handle warranty repairs for the Midwest region.

This is the third showroom Noritz has opened.
