GROHE has launched a consumer promotion featuring a 30-day money-back promise on all its Rainshower mounted and hand-held showerheads.

In order to draw attention to and demand for its high-end shower offerings,GROHEhas launched a consumer promotion featuring a30-day money-back promiseon all its Rainshower mounted and hand-held showerheads.

The GROHE “Enjoyment Guarantee” runs until Nov. 30, 2007, and says if customers are not completely satisfied with their GROHE Rainshower designs, they can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

“This promotion is designed to leverage that conversion potential by taking the risk out of the purchasing equation,” says Guido Bergman, vice president of marketing for GROHE. “Once we get our products into the hands and homes of consumers, we are confident they will love them.  We don’t expect any returns.”

The company also is giving away as part of the “Enjoyment Guarantee” promotion a luxurious trip for two to Lāna’i and Kaua’i islands, “where consumers can experience the ultimate rainshower experience – the waterfalls of Hawaii.” This sweepstakes also runs through Nov. 30, 2007.
