Flowserve Corp., a provider of fluid motion and control products, announced the opening of two new Quick Response Centers (QRCs): one in Orland, Calif., and one in Moerdijk, Netherlands. QRCs, located in strategic regions throughout the world, are fully equipped sales and service centers that offer rapid response service and support, maintenance and repair, as well as a spare parts inventory for Flowserve's customers. The company has opened or upgraded 16 QRCs in the past 18 months.
The 16,000-sq.-ft. Orland facility replaces a smaller facility in Chico, Calif. The new Moerdijk facility also allows customers in the Netherlands and northern Europe direct access to Flowserve's LifeCycle Advantage™ equipment management program.
