Jack Sullivan, executive vice president and CEO of the New England Fuel Institute (NEFI), recently announced his retirement, effective March 31, 2007. A search committee, chaired by Ed Scott, Scott Oil Co., Manchester, Mass., has been created to post notice of the position opening and evaluate candidates to succeed Sullivan.
Sullivan assumed his role at NEFI in 1995. He represented the oilheat interests of New England in testimony before Senate and House Committees on energy, transportation, and small-business issues. He helped create the National Oilheat Research Alliance and has served as its secretary since its inception.
