Service Experts reported 2006 revenues of $654.1 million, compared with $641.4 million in 2005. the company noted that the unseasonably warm winter weather and the decline in residential new construction contributed lower demand in the fourth quarter.

The company also reported a slow start to 2007, particularly those businesses exposed to residential end markets, and consequently expects that first-quarter earnings in 2007 could be below the prior year.
