MoreThe National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) recently launched the pilot of its new Green Remodeling program. The course is designed to provide remodelers with everything they need to enable them to start using green and sustainable remodeling practices immediately. It will consist of 15 topics: basic building science; indoor environmental quality; foundation; framing; roofing; insulation; HVAC; electrical; renewable energy; appliances; plumbing; exterior finishes; interior materials and finishes; landscaping; and marketing a “green” business.
