National Business Information Clearinghouse to assist minority entrepreneurs.

National Business Information Clearinghouse to assist minority entrepreneurs in
overcoming barriers to starting and maintaining
a small business. Through this grant, NBIC will combine Web-based resources,
on-the-ground technical assistance and training to help minority entrepreneurs
in regional economies.
