The Construction Contractors’ Alliance elected Steve Irwin of Farmer & Irwin Corp. (Riviera Beach, Fla.) as chairman at its March 7-9 meeting in San Diego. Irwin will serve a one-year term. Two new members of the CCA board of trustees also were elected for three-year terms: Jason DeVries of Advanced Mechanical Systems, Bakersfield, Calif.; and Rob Kimbel of Kimbel Plumbing, Springdale, Ark.
