CAUSE, the Mechanical Contractors and Unions Seal of Excellence, named its first chairwoman --Carey M. Dove, owner and president of M&M Welding and Fabricators Inc. of Gaithersburg, Md.
The organization is composed of both management and labor groups in the Washington, D.C.-area mechanical contracting industry.
